[OpenAFS] crash on AIX 5.2

According to your advice I have patched rxkad.p.h. This seems to solve the 
problem that the system crashes nearly immediately after getting a token. Now 
after some time the system still crashes. I'll open a new thread on this 
issue. My change to rxkad.p.h follows.
