[OpenAFS] Still problems with 1.3.79/RHEL4/UP

Hi Stephan, Chas,

I must admit that I was too optimistic with the RHEL4's UP kernel
2.6.9-5.0.3.EL and OAFS 1.3.79. Everything worked fine for some time,
but after reboot/restart the problem comes back again.. The first write
operation definitively hangs with the UP kernel, even if I compile it
as was suggested by Chas, with:

  # CONFIG_PREEMPT is not set
  # CONFIG_PREEMPT_VOLUNTARY is not set
