[OpenAFS] adding a group to a group?

As far as I know (and also mentioned on the OpenAFS pending and desired
projects webpage (http://www.openafs.org/projects.html), this code has not
been integrated into the official code stream.  There is no name or email
listed there, and I honestly cannot remember who worked on that.
