[OpenAFS] rw replication & multiple cells

Hi,

I'm currently taking a look into openAFS. While reading the documentation and 
trying to install it on A windowsXP and FreeBSD box some questions popped up 
on which I could not find an answer:

1. What will happen (if it is possible) if  I have a replicated read/write 
volume on a second server and 2 clients edit the same file on different 
servers while networkconnectivity is lost between the 2 sections.

2. Is there a way to have a server join multiple Cells. This way each 
department could have one server with it's own cell administrator but could 
still use the advantages of replication by making available a partition for 
another cell.

3. Is there any timeschedule for disconnected operation? It would be nice if 
users could work on their files & use outlook/kontact on the road ;-)
