[OpenAFS] complete uninstall of 1.2.2b

OpenAFS: 1.2.2b
Problem: I'm trying to completely uninstall openafs 1.2.2b.  Somehow the
uninstall didn't work.  The control panel lists the openafs client and server, but when I try to delete these components I get an error window;
"cannot locate installation directory".
So, how can I delete all of openafs 1.2.2b (including registry entries).
