[OpenAFS] 1.3.77 warning on windows

Hi,

I installed OpenAFS 1.3.77 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server (yes I used 
add/remove programs), and every time I log in to the server, I get this 
warning.  Any idea what it means or how to fix it?  Thanks!
