[OpenAFS] Win2k Account Manager & KrbV

Ahhh..  thank you for the clarification.  I thought this was going to
give me access to the ptserver process, to associate kprincs with afs
users.
  How about the "Server Manager"?  What would that let me manage
anything useful?
