[OpenAFS] list all AFS clients

You can only list clients a fileserver knows about. If a client never 
connect to the cell, there's no easy way to get it.
Try "rxdebug <servername> -all " and grep and awk to get the list of 
IP's this server knows about.
You might do that on more than one server.
