[OpenAFS] Building OpenAFS 1.4.1 on SLES 9.0

All the versions seem to run here on SuSe 9.0-10.1

The 1.5.2 version compiles (including aklog) and runs on both AM64 and i386
versions of 10.1 (2.6.16.13-4).

We are running a client derived from OpenAFS 1.4.1 on sles9 wihtout 
problems since long.

In /var/log/messages a start looks like:
