Ted:

If you followed the directions perhaps I could tell you.
You need to activate debug output from openafs and capture
with both dbgview and filemon at the same time with the
millisecond clock logging.  That way it is possible to
compare what your application is requesting and what
openafs is doing.

Now if you can't provide that data, I can't help you.

And please dont' sent the logs to this mailing list.
No one else needs to see them.   Send them to openafs-bugs.
