[OpenAFS] New grml.org liveCD release - with OpenAFS 1.4.0

Hi!

There is a new grml.org liveCD available - version 0.6 which includes
OpenAFS 1.4.0 client in it.

To use OpenAFS within grml:
1. bootup grml from CD
2. prepare_ramdisk.sh /var/cache/openafs start
3. dpkg-reconfigure krb5-config
4. dpkg-reconfigure openafs-client
5. kinit username
6. aklog
7. use it!
