[OpenAFS] OpenAFS1.4.2fc4 and Mac OS X 10.4.8

Which branch is the fix in?  I tried openafs-stable-1_4_x, but
that didn't seem to build for me.  openafs-stable-1_4_2fc4 builds,
but I assume that's the same as the package from the web site.

...just curious.  I can wait if it's not ready yet.
