[OpenAFS] Fileserver looping - complains about protection library

Hi,

In my /usr/afs/etc/ThisCell I didn't have a new line character or had
a bad character after the cell name. After I re-created ThisCell
file it started without any problem.

Is there an entry in the server CellServDB for the cell ThisCell =20
claims the server is in?
