[OpenAFS] runntp missing

Related, then, how does one instruct openafs NOT to attempt any clock
synchroniization. I'm using an openafs packaged by suse -- its older,
sadly, but still works.

I glanced through the startup scripts but could not see where to
dissable time sync. I use xntp to sync my clock.
