[OpenAFS] Where to put NetRestrict?

NetInfo works for dhcp assigned addresses if a shell script that creates =
the
NetInfo file is used when afs is started or restarted upon detection of =
an
IP address change. Of course dyndns or dhs has to be used too.

The question remains, though, why NetRestrict does not work?
