1.4.8 will fix that; I don't think 1.4.7.dfsg1-6+lenny1 has the
necessary patch. Debian backports has lenny packages for newer versions.

Note that even with the newest versions of OpenAFS, you will still get
similiar confusing output from 'fs listquota', but it is purely
cosmetic. The wire protocol changes necessary to fix that have not yet
been standardized.
