We're committed to doing away with the Kerberos 4 based tools. We  
removed integrated login from the 1.5 branch back in 2006 (with  
3f75e402535843b4e34c09b03fb5181758506d96) - it isn't going to be in  
1.6, and I see no reason not remove it from the current documentation  
set.
