Are you really running 1.4.1, and not 1.4.11? If you are running 1.4.1, 
please upgrade...pretty please.


The behavior that you describe make sense because the client caches the 
data on the first access. What version of OpenAFS are the other 
computers running? You can find this out by running "rxdebug -port 7001 
-version localhost" on the other machines.
