[OpenAFS] OpenAFS Backups

We use a modified version of the old amanda-afs plugin for amanda. The
indexing utility provided with amanda-afs is buggy and didn't work for us,
so we are using a fixed up version of another one we dug up on a mailing
list somewhere.
