Just verified that the 1.8.11 src rpm will build cleanly on a fresh
RHEL9.4 install (kernel.x86_64 5.14.0-427.22.1.el9_4) -- which is the
latest according to the RedHat site.

openafs-1.8.11-1.src.rpm
