[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Leopard and AFS volume on the Desktop

It turns out we've been barking up the wrong tree.

In 10.5, if you wish to see AFS, and any other network volume, on the
Desktop, you need to visit the Finder Preferences.

Choose the "General" pane, then select "Connected Volumes".

Lo, will /afs show up as a network volume on your Desktop.

Obviously, each user will need to select this.
