[AFS3-std] nomination for afs3-standardization chair

Hi,

Following the protocol set out in the call for nominees, I wish to nominate David Boyes.  David of course meets the qualifications for nomination.  David has also consented to be so nominated.  I think would bring a valuable perspective and experience to the process, as will presumably be elicited in whatever process follows this one.
