backlog: was: [AFS3-std] chairs?

Hi,

I for one am hoping for chairs to help to shepherd some drafts to completion.  We don't need chairs for technical discussion, but there is I my opinion stalled discussion on existing proposals.  Possibly that is the backlog of work to which Tom referred.
