My understanding is that we have received results from 2 of the 3 vote =
takers, but are still waiting on David Howells reporting to the list on =
the votes he received. Without his report, the results cannot be 'final' =
(sadly, my document doesn't say anything about what happens in the event =
of one of the vote takers not returning results).
