[AFS3-std] New version of rxgk draft

Hi all,

I've just pushed a new version of the rxgk specification as an internet =
draft:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-wilkinson-afs3-rxgk-01

I believe that this document is now functionally complete. I have a =
working implementation of this protocol built for OpenAFS's RX stack, =
and believe that the document contains enough details for others to =
implement the same.

So, at this point, I would welcome widespread review, both for clarity, =
spelling and grammar in the document itself, and of the protocol it =
describes.
