[AFS3-std] legacy directory object specification

Hi all,

Much as with the xdr-primitive-types I-D I submitted last year, I am
now offering up for your consideration another draft documenting the
extant AFS-3 protocol.  In this case, it is a document describing the
_structure_ of an AFS-3 directory object (I am in the process of
writing a follow-on document that describes the semantics of querying
and updating AFS-3 directory objects).
