Hi all, I discovered a typo in figure 1 of the -04 revision (the "switch" keyword was in the wrong location). I have pushed a -05 revision to correct this mistake; there are no other changes. If anyone has not had a chance to read -04, I invite review and/or commentary on -05. Regards, -Tom
