Very quickly, I just wanted to mention that I +1 all of these except the
last two (bcd46d41, and 89cf8369). Although I have mentioned some
comments on some of these areas, I think these are in general "ok" with
or without changes, as judged by you. Explicitly, I'm talking about
commits (with comments):

0f05b289, minor possible changes mentioned
5d0a2d81, possible change of 'errorcode' meaning if we want a
          non-application-specific range
8d0eccf6, possible minor change wrt RXGK_SERVER_ENC_TOKEN text
