To make the review of the last round of changes from Ben a bit easier to
review, I have created a full diff of the txt versions.

Lines marked with the '-' in column 1 are old, removed lines. Lines marked with
'+' in column one are the additional or replacement lines. Page breaks and line
numbers have been removed for brevity.  Although, the git commit comments
are not shown, hopefully, this format is a bit easier to review for some of us.

Please take some time this week to review and to indicate agreement or
objections to the changes made to this draft.
