The nomination period is now approximately halfway over, and to date, no
nominations have been received.  In the event we receive no nominations
prior to the end of the nomination period, the process outlined in
section 2.2.2 of draft-wilkinson-afs3-standardisation-00.txt calls for
the vote-takers (Mike Meffie and myself) to appoint someone.
