[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.0.3 release available

OpenAFS 1.0.3 is now available for download from the openafs.org web site.

As of 1.0.3 bzip2 as well as gzipped tar files are available for 
source downloads; Diffs relative to 1.0.2 are also being distributed.

In addition to a gzipped tarfile of source, binary distributions are
available for AIX 4.3.3, Digital Unix 4.0A, Irix 6.5, Solaris 7 and  
Solaris 8 in gzipped tar format, Debian Potato i386 in dpkg
format, and Redhat 6.2 and 7.0 i386 in RPM format. 

No Windows binary release is yet available but we hope to arrange for the 
availability of one by next week.
