[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.0.4a release available

OpenAFS 1.0.4a is now available for download from the openafs.org web site
and in the openafs.org AFS cell.

A source tar file is available, as is a binary installer for Windows NT and
2000 which should fix the major problems which people were experiencing.
Thanks to Jeff Riegel and Jim Peterson from IBM Almaden for their work to
rectify those problems.

The source changes from 1.0.4 are only those which fix the NT and 2000
problems, and which add the Windows 95 and 98 clients. All of the above
is again thanks to Shyh-Wei Luan, Jim Peterson, and Jeff Riegel from
IBM Almaden, and Wang Lam of Stanford and Ahmed Amer of UC Santa Cruz.
