[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.2.3 release available

OpenAFS 1.2.3 is now available for download from the openafs.org web site
and in the openafs.org AFS cell.

In addition to a gzipped tarfile of source, binary distributions are
available for AIX 4.3.3, Darwin 1.4, Digital Unix 4.0D, Irix 6.5, Solaris 2.6,
Solaris 7, Solaris 8, Solaris 9 and Tru64 5.0 in gzipped tar format, 
MacOS X 10.1 in a tar file, Redhat 7.1 and 7.2 i386 in RPM format and 
Debian 2.2 (Potato) i386 dpkgs.

Includes support for cell aliases when using dynamic root (/afs) as
well as several changes to the Linux client to allow signals to be handled
properly, memory to be allocated correctly, events to not be lost, and 
mmap'd writes to be properly flushed. Also includes minor bugfixes for other 
platforms.
