[OpenAFS-announce] Official OpenAFS 1.2.7 RedHat 8.0 RPMs now available

OpenAFS 1.2.7 RedHat RPMs for RedHat 8.0 are now available for download
from the openafs.org web site and in the openafs.org AFS cell.
