[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.2.8a binaries available for Windows NT/2000/XP

An OpenAFS installer for Windows NT/2000/XP based on today's 1.2.8
release is now available for download from the openafs.org web site and
in the openafs.org AFS cell.

Due to a late breaking patch for Windows XP, these binaries are being
released as OpenAFS 1.2.8a.  A diff against the OpenAFS 1.2.8 source
release is also available.

As always, the latest release can be found at:

	   http:/www.openafs.org/release/latest.html
