[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.4.8 release candidate 1 available

The OpenAFS Gatekeepers announce the availability of the first release 
candidate for OpenAFS version 1.4.8.

A number of changes to improve Rx behavior as well as other bugfixes are 
present.
