[OpenAFS-announce] New location for AFS wiki

Effective immediately, you can access the AFSLore wiki at:
http://openafs-wiki.stanford.edu/AFSLore/WebHome/

The hostname used to access this wiki may change (to, e.g.,
wiki.openafs.org) however this should be the permanent home of the
wiki. The temporary hosting at the dementia.org site should now be
considered obsolete, and will redirect to this site shortly.
