Add Shortcut Parameters to AfsCreds.exe  -A -M -N -Q

  A automatically attempt to obtain tokens on startup if needed
  M renew drive maps
  N background check monitors network configuration and attempts
    to obtain tokens or restart client service if needed
  Q do not start AFS wizard
