Fix handling of CM_ERROR_STOPNOW when enumerating a directory object

Copy counted file name to a nul terminated string before processing
in CreateFile, DeleteFile, and RenameFile.

Fix RDR_IoctlSetACL to not process Ioctl Query Options.
