Improved network provider implementation.  "OpenAFS Network" published
and visible from Explorer Shell interface.  One server "AFS".  All 
root.afs mountpoints/symlinks exported as shares.  Connected, Context,
and Global queries supported.

Improved handling of invalidation events.

Corrected behavior for symlink evaluation.  

Fixed issues with release extents processing.
