If an asynchronous response to the file system fails, do not panic.
Instead undo the operation that was in progress.  In particular,
release any extents that were about to be delivered.

Use the existing registry value "ServerThreads" to determine the 
number of RDR workers.

Add more trace log output.  

Change the RDR_PopulateCurrentEntry() interface to return errors
including failures to resolve mountpoint and symlink targets to FIDs
when called with RDR_POP_FOLLOW_MOUNTPOINTS or RDR_POP_EVALUATE_SYMLINKS

EnumerateDirectory no longer attempts to determine the target FID.
