    Unite CacheFetchProcs and add abstraction calls.
    
    The cache type specific differencies among afs_MemCacheFetchProc
    and afs_UFSCacheFetchProc are divided into two sets of "fetchOps".
    Upon rxfs_fetchInit, the appropriate set is chosen.
