    Do not use AFS_PTR_FMT or %p in 1.4
    
    The afs_snprintf in the 1.4 series did not support %p, so don't use
    it when logging fileserver messages.  Replace with 0x%lx and add a
    cast to unsigned long, which should serve as an acceptible substitute.
