    Cache bypass: remove ifdefs under src/afs/LINUX
    
    Compile cache bypass code unconditionally under src/afs/LINUX
    since it is now always enabled.  Also remove syslog messages
    about a "cache bypass patched module" when loading and unloading
    the module.
