    vol: construct proper VolDir path on Windows
    
    namei_HandleToInodeDir initializes the path name with
    the nt_drive value.  Therefore calling addtoname(name, name->n_drive)
    produces the invalid path "D:\D:\\Vol_.....".  Remove the unnecessary
    addtoname() call.
