    auth: Don't overflow buffer in CompFindUser
    
    The fullname buffer in CompFindUser is theoretically big enough
    to take the data usually supplied to it. However, play it safe by
    using strlcat and strlcpy to catch buffer overflows.
    
    Caught by coverity (#985771)
