    afs: Remove dead code AFS_KALLOC_NOSLEEP
    
    The last in-tree reference to this macro was removed with commit 29dd7923817b
    linux-afs-translator-xen-20060731.  Remove the dead code.
    
    No functional change is incurred by this commit.
