    RedHat: Install top-level LICENSE file
    
    Install the LICENSE file from the top-level directory instead of the
    doc/LICENSE file.
    
    Do not change the location of the installed LICENSE file with this
    change. The current installation path is
    "/usr/share/doc/openafs-<version>/LICENSE".
