    RedHat: Reinstate use of source macros in the spec file
    
    One of the changes in commit c4ad02b69aae (rpm-files-update-20071011)
    was to remove the use of %SOURCE macros and replace them with paths
    within the BUILD tree of the source distribution.  This coupled the
    packaging files with the source archive, so precludes packagers from
    using external packaging files.
    
    Restore the use of Source tags in the preamble and %SOURCE macros to
    specify paths in the the spec, so the spec file does not rely on paths
    in the source tree.
    
    Fortunately, makesrpm.pl script populates the rpmbuild SOURCES directory
    with the packaging files extracted from the source archive (which was
    left over from before the sited commit), so no makesrpm.pl script
    changes are needed.
