    RedHat: Add kernel_headers macro
    
    The path to the kernel headers used to build the kernel module is
    hardcoded in the spec file as /usr/src/kernels/<kernel_version>, which
    is where the kernel-devel package installs the kernel headers on RHEL
    based distributions.
    
    This path is specified in the configure --with-linux-kernel-headers.
    This configure option also specifies the target kernel version, which
    may be different than the running kernel version. (When not specified,
    configure will search for kernel headers for the current running kernel
    version.)
    
    - Add the kernel_headers macro to allow builders to specify an alternate
      path to the kernel headers. This can be set as an rpmbuild --define,
      or in an rpm macro file.
    
    - Remove the ksrc shell variable; it has been replaced with the
      new kernel_headers macro.
    
    - Add the kernel_headers description to the usage text.
